Waivers plicies

Discounts and Waivers: 

• Based on the Primary/ corresponding author country with lower-middle-income economies are eligible for a 20 to 50% maximum discount.
• The editor-In-Chief/ Editorial members will decide the level of the discount based on several evaluation factors (Example: Professional status of the author, country, etc., )
• Request for waiver or discount should be raise at the point of submission via a separate email with details of the manuscript, professional status, country, and with proper reason for a waiver.

APC Refund Policy: 

• Extra deposit/ wrong deposit money will be refunded within ten days via online mode only if the author inform us within three days after pay
• There are no refunds once the paper is published/ retracted due to copyright infringement claims/withdraw his/her article after accepted.
